The Principals of UDI, Jose Luis Bueno and Jaime Maussan have extensive experience in Construction, Development and Marketing Real Estate projects in Miami, Houston and Mexico City having raised over 100 million dollars since 2002 for Commercial and Real Estate projects.

UDI´s extensive experience in Real Estate goes beyond construction and development. The group was behind the acquisition and introduction of Engel & Volkers in South Florida, our brokerage division managed 350 sales associates, opened 5 real estate ofﬁces and had sales of over $330 million dollars during 2014, a year before the company was successfully sold to a local Real Estate company.
