A one of a kind boutique building in the heart of Coral Gables. 26 Santillane is a 4 story building with 15 apartments that was completed in February of 2018, designed by the renowned Coral Gables architectural firm Bellin & Pratt. The building has 15 two-bedroom / two-bathroom apartments, parking, a GYM and designated storage areas for tenants.

UDI´s original strategy was to turn this building into a full AirBnB property, however, long term rent demand was very high during construction and management had the building fully rented at construction completion.
